Harmony Hydrate is a blue raspberry electrolyte powder you stir into water. Each scoop has 600 mg of sodium, 444 mg of potassium and 40 mg of magnesium, plus vitamin B12, acerola cherry and coconut water. It’s sweetened with stevia, and one tub holds 30 servings.
A fit if you sweat a lot, from workouts, hot weather or long days on your feet, and want to replace sodium and potassium along with your water.
Each scoop has 600 mg of sodium, about a quarter of the daily value. If you have high blood pressure, kidney issues or follow a sodium or fluid restriction, check with your doctor first. It contains coconut, stevia and natural and artificial flavors.
A lightly sweet blue raspberry drink that dissolves with a quick stir or shake.
For most people, plain water and food cover everyday needs. Electrolytes matter most when you’re losing a lot through sweat, so save it for workouts, heat and long active days rather than every glass of water.
Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), magnesium (as di-magnesium malate), sodium (as Himalayan pink salt), potassium (as potassium chloride), acerola juice powder (standardized to 25% vitamin C), coconut water powder, beet root juice powder.
Other ingredients: malic acid, silicon dioxide, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, stevia leaf extract.
Contains: tree nuts (coconut).

Water and water-rich foods come first for me. I reach for electrolytes on sweaty workout days and Florida summer afternoons, when water alone doesn’t replace what I’ve lost.
No extremes. Just practical support for the routines you want to build.
Not always. Water and a balanced diet cover most everyday needs. Electrolytes are most useful when you lose a lot of sweat, like during long or intense workouts, hot weather or long active days.
It’s sweetened with stevia instead of sugar, and each scoop has 600 mg of sodium, 444 mg of potassium and 40 mg of magnesium, with vitamin B12, acerola cherry and coconut water. It does contain natural and artificial flavors.
During or after a sweaty workout, on hot days, or during long days on your feet or traveling. Mix 1 scoop into 8 to 12 oz of water.
Usually, but check for overlap. If you take another product with sodium, potassium, magnesium or B12, add up the amounts, and ask your doctor if you take medication or have a medical condition.
Yes, our supplements are third-party tested. For questions about a specific batch, email support@eatyournutrition.com.
You can, but most people don’t need to. With 600 mg of sodium per scoop, it makes the most sense on days you sweat a lot. If you limit sodium, check with your doctor first.
