SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Some products offered by Eat Your Nutrition® may be available as subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at the time of purchase.

Automatic Renewal & Recurring Charges

When you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order according to the subscription frequency you selected.

By completing a purchase that contains an automatically renewing subscription, you expressly and affirmatively agree that your selected payment method will be automatically charged the recurring amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes, until the subscription ends or you cancel it.

Subscription prices, delivery frequency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be presented at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions will continue to automatically renew until canceled.

Canceling or Changing Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription through your customer account or the subscription-management link provided in your order or subscription emails.

You may also contact Eat Your Nutrition® for assistance with your subscription.

Once a recurring subscription order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or otherwise entered fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel that individual order. Any eligible returns or exchanges will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscription Changes

Depending on your subscription and the options available within your account, you may be able to:

• Change your delivery frequency.

• Skip an upcoming delivery.

• Update your shipping information.

• Update your payment information.

• Change eligible subscription products.

• Cancel your subscription.

Any changes should be made before your next scheduled order is processed.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we or our subscription service provider may attempt to process the payment again and may contact you to update your payment information.

Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be successfully completed.

Returns & Refunds for Subscription Orders

Purchasing a product through a subscription does not create a separate return or refund right. Subscription orders are subject to the applicable return, exchange, and refund terms stated elsewhere in this policy.

Canceling a subscription prevents future eligible recurring orders from being processed but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
