This recipe book has exactly what I needed for my health. Anytime I need a meal or recipe idea, this is exactly what I reach for. So many nutritionally sound meals that my entire family loves. That's saying a lot because most other books I have gotten from other people, my family usually doesn't want them. But my kids and husband ACTUALLY EAT these recipes.
