I love this cookbook!

I use this cookbook so much while on my health journey. I love all the recipes and even made them for my friends and family. They all rave about how good they taste too. I especially love the breakfast recipes. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and my favorite meal to make. I love the egg hash, and vegan meatloaf was surprisingly really tasty. I never made a vegan meatloaf and was shocked at how delicious it was. Don't worry, not all the recipes are vegan. There is something for everyone. Definitely try this cookbook if you want to eat healthy.

Easy and delicious

The desserts are scrumptious. I love all the recipes, but desserts are my weakness. It feels good knowing that I am nourishing my body with healthy ingredients that won't give me acne or breakout. I found when I eat the recipes in the cookbook, my skin glows and my husband has even commented on it. 😉 I highly recommend this cookbook.
